Before Contacting Support

A few quick checks often resolve common issues:

  1. Confirm that the app is installed in the correct Confluence site.
  2. Refresh the Confluence page and try again.
  3. Check whether your browser blocks clipboard access.
  4. Try a current version of Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox.
  5. Ask a Confluence administrator to confirm app access if the app does not appear.

Support is handled in English during standard support hours in Europe/Berlin time. Regular support is available Monday through Thursday, 10:00-18:00. Friday support is available by arrangement only.

The current covered products are workflow libraries intended to help teams copy and adapt structured operating content inside Confluence.

  • They do not automatically create, update, or delete Confluence pages.
  • They do not provide legal, compliance, HR, finance, safety, medical, or other professional advice.
  • They do not replace internal review, approval, or governance processes.
  • They do not operate an external backend for the current app versions.
