Product: Campaign Operations Playbook

These End User Terms apply to your use of Campaign Operations Playbook.

This document should be reviewed before publication and updated whenever the product, legal setup, billing model, Marketplace requirements, or public documentation changes.

1. Product

Campaign Operations Playbook is a Confluence app that provides guided campaign operations workflow pages for planning, launch readiness, approval workflows, reporting, and retrospectives.

The current app version lets users browse, search, preview, and copy workflow content. The current version does not automatically create, edit, delete, read, export, or analyze customer Confluence pages.

2. License and Use

Subject to these terms and your valid Atlassian Marketplace license, InfraFastlane grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Campaign Operations Playbook for your internal business purposes.

You may adapt copied workflow content for your internal team, company, customers, or campaigns, subject to your own internal policies and applicable law.

You may not:

  • resell the product as a standalone template library
  • redistribute the product files outside your organization
  • remove proprietary notices from the product materials
  • use the product to violate applicable law or third-party rights
  • attempt to reverse engineer or bypass licensing or access controls

3. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • reviewing workflow content before use
  • adapting workflow content to your organization
  • deciding where to paste, publish, or store copied content
  • obtaining internal approvals where required
  • ensuring that use matches your legal, privacy, brand, security, compliance, and organizational requirements
  • managing permissions and content inside your own Confluence site

4. No Professional Advice

Campaign Operations Playbook provides operational workflow content. It is not legal, compliance, audit, privacy, security, financial, HR, medical, safety, or professional advice.

You should obtain appropriate professional review where your organization requires it.

5. No Performance Guarantee

Campaign Operations Playbook helps teams structure campaign work. It does not guarantee campaign performance, revenue, leads, conversions, audit outcomes, compliance status, launch success, or business results.

6. Atlassian Relationship

Campaign Operations Playbook is an independent Marketplace product. It is not an official Atlassian product and is not endorsed, sponsored, or operated by Atlassian.

Atlassian’s terms may separately apply to your use of Atlassian Cloud, Confluence, Forge, and Atlassian Marketplace.

7. Support

Support is described in the product support documentation.

Support does not include custom campaign strategy consulting, legal review, compliance review, brand approval, Confluence administration, or recovery from customer-made content changes.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update the product to improve content, app behavior, documentation, security, compatibility, or Marketplace compliance.

We may discontinue or modify features where required for technical, legal, security, or Marketplace reasons.

9. Fees and Billing

If the product is offered as a paid Atlassian Marketplace app, billing, taxes, refunds, trials, and license administration may be handled through Atlassian Marketplace according to Atlassian’s Marketplace terms and the selected billing model.

Pricing model: paid via Atlassian Marketplace, with pricing, trials, taxes, refunds, and license administration handled according to the final Marketplace listing and Atlassian Marketplace terms.

10. Privacy

Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the product is provided without warranties beyond those required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfraFastlane will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or customer-made content changes.

Unless prohibited by applicable law, InfraFastlane’s total liability arising out of or related to the product is limited to the amount paid for the product during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Termination

Your right to use the product may end if your Atlassian Marketplace license ends, if you uninstall the app, if these terms are terminated, or if use violates these terms.

13. Governing Law

Governing law and venue: Germany, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise. Venue is determined by the competent courts under applicable law.
